Delivery area
We deliver across Pakistan, subject to our courier partner's coverage in your area. If we cannot deliver to your address, we will contact you before dispatch.
Order confirmation
After you place an order, our team will call or WhatsApp you to confirm the details. Orders are dispatched only after confirmation, so please keep your phone available.
Processing time
Confirmed orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days.
Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 3 to 6 working days after dispatch. Remote areas, public holidays and weather can sometimes cause delays.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout before you place your order.
Cash on Delivery
Please pay the full order amount in cash to the courier rider when you receive your parcel.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we share the tracking number with you by SMS or WhatsApp.
Wrong address or failed delivery
Please enter your complete address, city and a working phone number. If a parcel is returned because the address was wrong or nobody was available, we will contact you to arrange delivery again.
